I love stories. I’ve ALWAYS loved stories.
Stories can tell you so much about a person without ever describing the individual in detail. Stories are how we understand the world around us and how we make sense of our own experiences. Everyone has a story and those stories define us.
I’ve worked with a wide range of clients to help them tell their story – from global leaders in the automotive and communications industries and GRAMMY award-winning artists to small churches and local businesses. Big or small, every company, organization, ministry, and individual needs to communicate who they are, what they do, and why they do it. Sometimes a person or organization’s greatest need is for someone to come alongside them and tell them their own story in order to understand who they are and what they are capable of.
This site is where I tell MY stories.
Fiction, mostly sci-fi and fantasy, is where I stretch my writing skills and learn new tricks. This is my playground – the old-school kind with super tall monkey bars and rusty swings – so explore and have a good time. Be careful, though, the slide is metal and gets hot in the sun.
Stories are who we are. These stories are who I am.

The Telltales is, at its core, a writer’s group.
We’re several friends who were all writing things on our own and decided to get together to help each other out. We share a love of writing, books, and all things nerdy. We also have a podcast where we tell stories that we’ve written. We’re looking to give you what you might not expect and probably wouldn’t ask for. We tell stories because the ideas in our heads are begging to escape. Sit down. Relax. Let us tell you a tale…

Wondering what my short stories are like? The best way to stay up to date with my short fiction is to listen to the Telltales Podcast. I almost always release stories there first and you can catch them when they’re fresh alongside stories by some other great writers. As the stories are released, I’ll periodically make some of them available to read here on my website.

In a future where science and magic are often at odds and religion lives in the shadows, pockets of black magic and mad science plague the urban landscape. Moishe, a man between worlds, and his team have been sent to deal with a particularly nasty pocket of black magic. Little do they know, the shadowy Cabal, a group dedicated to ensuring the survival of magic, are also interested in the power lurking in the ruins of the temple.
